The Master of Science in Marketing program, Chulalongkorn University was founded in 2006. The program prides itself on being the first Master of Science in Marketing program in Thailand that offers its students with such specializations as Retail Marketing, Service Marketing, Marketing for ICT, and Marketing Management. The program aims to provide the knowledge in marketing discipline in order to empower people who seek for their professional career in marketing.
Enhanced visions and superior knowledge in Marketing are central to our program. Up to now, we have taught, gloomed, and trained almost 500 talented individuals. Each year, about 70 students are prudently selected to become part of our prestigious program.
All of our students are expected to possess good knowledge in their concentration, be ready and be able to cope with dynamic changes in the world of business and marketing without losing their focus on social responsibilities. As a result, Chulalongkorn M.S. in Marketing graduates are young executives who are well equipped with marketing knowledge, innovative mindset and social responsibility.
The 36 credits program starts in June and ends within one year and a half. Throughout the program students will have opportunities to study with our renowned faculty members, and experience interactive discussions using business case method. Toward their half ways of studies, students are required to work on their special projects under close supervision of their keen advisors. Each student needs to exercise his/her knowledge and integrate them into a well-written work that offers strong contributions to marketing implications. Finally, to verify that students are able to apply the knowledge well, they need to pass the comprehensive examination. Putting everything together, students can empower themselves with marketing visions, knowledge, tools and strategies.
Besides selected students, qualified teachers are very important part in order to make the whole process very meaningful. Our teachers who are academicians and invited professional business people from leading organizations are very keen in their subjects and want to share their experiences and best knowledge to our students.
We believe that with our strongest commitment and determination, we can set up and maintain high standard of quality of marketing education through the M.S. in Marketing Program. We certainly welcome those who want to have their lives grow and able to cope with everyday changing environment.
